This is an opportunity to try scuba diving in the safe environment of a swimming pool, and find out if you want to take the sport further.

• None

Minimum age

• 12 years

What the course covers

A safety and basic knowledge briefing.

Use of normal scuba gear appropriate for the circumstances.

What it will cost and what you'll need

• Course Fee: £65.00
• Submit a copy of a medical examination stating that the individual is fit for diving. The examination must be conducted within the past 12 months
