Emergency First Response

This course is the pre-requisite for the Rescue Diver and a requirement for all Divemasters and Instructors.

The course covers basic first aid, CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) and lookd looks at injury assessment, illness assessment, bandaging, dislocations and fractures. The course meets the requirements for HSE Appointed Persons at Work and must be updated every 2 years.

EFR Refreshers are the same as the above, but at a reduced price.

Course calendar

• EFR Primary and Secondary care runs from 9am to 5.30pm If you are only completing Secondary Care, start time will be approximately 12.30pm - check time when booking.

All courses run from 9am to 5:30pm (approximately) and a minimum of 3 people is required for a course to run, unless otherwise stated.
